Background
The “Surviving the horrors of
Canada’s Family Court System” information clinic was developed through the
combined efforts of many individuals and groups from across Canada having experience
in dealing with Canada’s morally corrupt family legal system.
. The seminar/clinic is designed to
be generic in content and intended to be delivered by any group or individual
interested in passing on to others the knowledge contained in the course
materials.
The information clinic was developed
primarily to give family members the knowledge about the family law system to
help them counteract the destructive forces they will face when dealing with the
Family Court System and other various government and court related agencies.
The information and techniques
taught at this clinic have not been written with an intent to be politically
correct but written to expose the harsh realities of this system in a very
direct, effective and blunt manner. This workshop is not formally endorsed
by any court or member of the legal profession.
Much of the information presented at the clinic is information that the courts,
government agencies and many lawyers would prefer that members of the public
not know about as it makes it more difficult for the Family Court System to
strip children and families of their basic rights and freedoms.

Going through a separation and
divorce is likely one of the most devastating events that you and your children
will go through in life. It literally can cost you everything you ever
accumulated in your lifetime and literally destroy your relationship with your
