"We do not want the police to investigate the Miami Beach Police Department Miami Beach. Ordered an independent investigation by an outside agency," said Jose Javier Rodriguez, a family lawyer and a legislator from the state of Florida.
“STOP THE POLICE IMPUNITY”Mr. Jose
Javier Rodriguez, lawyer representing the young Colombian, mentioned "We
do not want the police to investigate the Miami Beach Police Department Miami
Beach. Ordered an independent investigation by an outside agency," In Canada also should be asking the government and
authorities, the killings committed by the police should be investigated by an
international organization of human Rights. The Special Impunity Unit,
Ombudsmen of Ontario, judiciary system, and the Coroner's inquests; is a
complete mockery, to get justice; these institutions collaborate to be
maintained in impunity the state crimes.

09-08-13.-Authorities Miami (south) reported that a young Colombian died after
police shot him with a taser (stun gun) when he was caught painting graffiti on
the wall of a local fast food. His relatives require research and a statement
made by the Colombian government.
The police chief of Miami Beach, Raymond A. Martinez, said on Tuesday near the
0500 local (0900 GMT) Israel Hernandez was discovered by police painting a
graffiti, and officers rushed shot him in the chest.
Martinez said that after being arrested Hernandez showed "signs of medical
duress" and was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, where he
was pronounced dead an hour later. Although not known the results of the
autopsy, the doctors said that the young man entered the premises of health
with other afflictions.
The authorities opened an investigation into the death of the young, though his
parents have called for an independent investigation into what they see as an
"act of barbarism."
"We do
not want the police to investigate the Miami Beach Police Department Miami
Beach. Ordered an independent investigation by an outside agency," said
Jose Javier Rodriguez, a family lawyer and a legislator from the state of
Florida.
His father, Israel Hernandez told a radio program that his son had a promising
career, and had participated in several art fairs in Miami and some of his
works are offered on the Internet. "I really wrote a senator of the United
States recognizing that my son was an artist. Congress has sent me several
diplomas recognizing their art. "
It also
requested the government of President Juan Manuel Santos to rule and demand an
explanation from the United States for the death of his son.Although not spoken publicly, both the Consulate
of Colombia in Miami as the Colombian Foreign Ministry has been accompanying
the youth's family.
Hernandez's cousin, Daniela Llach, told the Colombian newspaper El Tiempo that
"had won a scholarship to study at the Institute of Fine Arts and had the
dream of designing skateboards with his drawings." 9/08/2013 04:05 PM
