THESE ARE THE COURTS OF LAW?

CONFLICT OF INTEREST OR CRIMES OF INTEREST

                                 WITHOUT PUNISHMENT

                     CRIMINAL OFFENSE
The decision made by the three Appeal Judges from the Court of Appeal of Ontario, in the case of Mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford regarding the conviction “Conflict of Interest” shows to the public of this country and the world the corruption of the Canadian legal system. The public again is aware that; the butcher judges from the slaughters courtrooms are committing heinous crimes against innocent people, destroying children and families for life and protecting the state criminals. These Honors are practicing two kinds of trials and verdicts, one for the dominant class, the politicians, the rich and powerful and one for the helpless and defenseless.

                    WORDS OF Profanity

During the years Mr. Rob Ford was in the front page of the media and You Tube because his bad behavior, insulting the poor, racism and other acts that morally is unacceptable. Well we understand that he is a public figure who enjoys the protection of his best friends the police and therefore he can do whatever he wants. Also he is the Mr. Mayor, the Mr. Rich and Powerful, who can punish for their offenses in the brutal and savage Canadian courts of law. The same Commandments that was brought from England to destroy the poor and immigrants from around the world! In this country tens of thousands children and families every year are confronting the judicial system terrorism, a system that is plagued of inequality and corruption to commit crimes against the most vulnerable people in this multicultural society.

Nonsense!!!

                      TRAFFIC OFFENSE

  THE TORONTO SUN
January 25, 2013
Part of The Toronto Sun Article                                                                                                                                                             Mayor Rob Ford walked away with a win in his conflict of interest appeal Friday.

"This has been a very, very humbling experience," Ford said in a press conference at City Hall after the decision was released. "I have enormous respect for the judicial system and I'm very, very thankful for the decision it made today.

Flanked by Deputy Mayor Doug Holyday and Councillor Doug Ford, the mayor thanked his legal team and his family for their support through the court fight.

"This has been a very, very challenging time for all of us," Ford said. "I'd like to thank the thousands of people who have offered their support and encouragement over the last few months. Your kind words have inspired me to continue fighting on."

"Two years ago the people of this great city elected me as their mayor. It is an enormous privilege and I am thankful for it every single day."

Ford said he will be focused on City Hall and pushing ahead with his agenda "for the next six years" - a not very subtle hint he plans on running and winning in the 2014 election.

"We are running this city better than any administration ever has," he said.

Councillor Ford called it "a great day for democracy"

The three-judge panel threw out the ruling from Justice Charles Hackland ordering Ford out of the mayor's chair for violating the municipal conflict of interest act.

Ruby had successfully argued Ford violated the province's municipal conflict of interest legislation when he took part in a February council debate about an integrity commissioner report about him. The report was on Ford's ongoing failure to respond to an order from the previous city council to pay back $3,150 in improper donations to his youth football foundation. At that meeting, Ford gave a long speech to council about his football foundation and then joined a majority of councillors in voting to forgive his failure to pay back the donations.

The divisional court panel ruled the original council decision ordering Ford to pay back the money was invalid. Once that decision was nullified, Ford was no longer in contravention of the Municipal Conflict of Interest act.

With Friday's decision, Ford now no longer has to worry about losing his job as the mayor of Canada's largest city due to this particular court action. It also ends weeks of speculation about how council would replace Ford - councillors would have been tasked with either appointing a replacement or plunging the city into a mayoral byelection

Ruby wouldn't speak to reporters Friday but did release a statement vowing to try to take the case to the Supreme Court of Canada.

"The Court has let Rob Ford off on a technicality. We find that disappointing, particularly since the Court found that Mr. Paul Magder was right on the facts," Ruby stated.

"We believe that there are serious errors of law in the judgment and we will ask the Supreme Court of Canada for leave to appeal to that Court. It must be acknowledged that such appeals are not easy but this remains an important issue for all citizens."
