WHO SHALL GUARD THE GUARDIANS? TO SERVE AND PROTECT!!!  It is better if all is done in a spirit of respect and good Faith! The vicious putrid judges and others who are working for the Canadian government institutions they have compassion, respect and good faith for my children, my wife and me? Now the world will know the state violence against their own citizens and our family, how brutal and destructive it’s with children, mothers and other vulnerable people. I will describe with evidence the full range of crimes committed by the state institutions  including intents to kill me at home, hospitals and jails, cover-ups, burglary, illegal wiretapping, break – in, disinformation, kidnapping, torture and state terrorism, obstruction of justice, perjury, altered or missing parts of the hearings (transcripts), fraud, conspiracy, and the general violation of domestic laws. Inclusive criminal behaviors from the police, social workers, judges, crown attorneys, duty counsels, court translators, and court and jail guards, these delinquencies impacted our lives and caused over the years family injuries in violation of the basics human rights (shelter, stripping unlawfully money, driver’s license, car and merchandise, self and family determination, etc.).

Police brutality, persecutions of social activists and murders committed against their own citizens in this country are well known by people from around the world. The fascist Canadian media is accomplice for the crimes committed by the Guardians angels, who see defending the weak (children, women, seniors, and homeless people) against the lawbreakers and state predators? The truth is, we are facing a racist and brutal police force that raises worrying questions essentially in the young members of our communities. We need the police force, but with a humanist responsibility; could be rewarded by the fascist media for their good actions of respect to civilians and maintaining the order across the country.  But until now the police force is an institution of brutality and terror that use the Gestapo tactics and racism against those it considers feeble to defend in the putrid courts of law.

I live in fear; I’m scared and shocked every day at all. You know my Honor’s, It’s true, the true, the only truth I’m terrified of this inexcusable police force at all. They are horrifying liars and

How the police, judges, crown attorneys, duty counsels, jail and court guards often do harm innocent victims of false police charges and their families. The illegal actions of individuals, judge’s corruptions and complicity to commit crimes must be stopped, as well the mental, physically torture and pervasive violence carried out by the jail and court guards. The cover-up, disinformation, unaccountability, corruption, violations of detainees rights violate the universally principles defined to protect people under human rights.

Is true that our children are property from the industrial state business and private society’s family annihilation? It is a slander when I mention that corrupt judges in the family and criminal courtrooms are committing crimes of lesa humanity on children and parents? I invite the "CBC" - "CP 24" - "CTV" - "Toronto Sun" or the Toronto Star columnist: The Biggest problem on Dixon Rd. wasn’t the police, a person with journalist ethics, who is defending the brutal actions of the police against the elders, children and women from the Somali community, to bring to the public attention the Toronto police force “modus operandi” way of acting in order to commit vicious crimes against toddlers, children and the parents. Is a fact that Canada is a police state? The ruthless tactics which is used by the police against children and parents are cruelest than the “Gestapo” crimes committed in the concentration camps. Hitler the architect of the holocaust and his henchmen ended the suffering of millions of children, women and entire families in the gas chambers. In this country the cruelty and agony for the victims of police and other government institutions are practiced with more sadism, the victims they have to live in anguish and agony for the rest of their lives. We know, the public know and the world knows the Canadian journalists and others they are defending their own interests and the state crimes, because they are working for them and defending them and their profitable salaries. The Canadian media and the multicultural journalists are forgetting; that they have a duty with the collectivity in especial with the vulnerable and marginalized communities to denounce the abuses, torture and extrajudicial killings committed the Government and Private Institutions, Justice System, Minister of Corrections and Police. Again I call the mass media to help me and my family to denounce the savage thirty (treinta) years of persecution by different government and private institutions, police brutality against my family and intent to assassinate me, justice system corruption and the torture and agony at the hands of the correctional staff. I understand many children in juvenile detention centers or adult prisoners in jails across the country ended their lives, their agony committing suicide (Ashley Smith). I’m here to tell to the world my personal experience and suffering from others victims, the truth of the state crimes  with overwhelming evidence about the Canadian Guantanamo, Abu – Ghraib and so far, Downsview Rehabilitation Center, former Worker’s Compensation concentration camp and St. Joseph and Sunnybrook Hospitals.
