CANADIAN GULAGS SEGREGATION FOR THE POOR

Of course these Canadian gulags or prisons are similar than the ones which were created by the Stalinism regime in the Soviet Union, in order to cause great suffering and hardship. The mentioning Canadian forced concentration camps for black fellows, social activists and others are places where the living conditions are as bad or worse. Public housing residents from different communities feel helplessness, despair and disenchantment because the actual social accommodation, this is an outrage for the poor. The most disturbing fact against the wounded dwellers is the government dogma to destroy the underclass, adherent the vicious torture for part of the housing staff and the inhuman practices of police brutality against scared children, mothers and seniors.

We are living in one of the richest country in the world, where our government have the duty to protect and respect every citizen regardless of their starting point, race or economic circumstances, but the same cannot be said or happen in Canada. The responsibility, priority of the federal and provincial governments is to provide with affordable housing for the general public and suitable social housing, dismantling the “Canadian gulags desegregation of the poor and homeless.”
I will show to the people of the world the "Little Alcatraz and others ghettos from public housing, the accommodation for our seniors" Oh! golden years.

CARAVANA OF AMBULANCES DRIPPING IMMIGRANT BLOOD

La Caravana de la Esperanza es un proyecto de ayuda social y beneficio para miles niños y familias pobres en varios países Latino-Americanos. Todo esto ha sido posible gracias al aporte económico, sacrificio, y la generosidad de una comunidad que siempre esta demostrando su solidaridad para sus hermanos olvidados por los respectivos gobiernos. “Adelante noble comunidad”

Pero desafortunadamente las caravanas de ambulancias compradas o donadas por la City Of Toronto, las mismas han sido empleadas para cometer brutales castigos físicos en detenidos, o para transportar los cuerpos inertes de nuestros hermanos fulminados por las balas asesinas de la Policía Metropolitana de Toronto. También es inaceptable que estos convoyes de ambulancias sean escoltadas parte del trayecto por los asesinos de nuestros hermanos. Pueblo Latino- Canadiense condenemos al padrecito y al miembro de la policía metropolitana de Toronto, por llevar estas ambulancias impregnadas con sangre de nuestros mártires.

Distintas comunidades esperamos que eleven gritos de protesta, sus voces hagan eco, condenando los injustificados homicidios cometidos por la policía metropolitana de Toronto. Mientras en países del tercer mundo se  trae a la justicia policías que han cometido crímenes, los mismos son procesados en cortes de justicia y reciben su respectivo castigo, en este país la policía esta protegida por el sistema judicial y otras autoridades, por lo tanto la brutalidad de sus crímenes sigue adelante.

A esta brutalidad y muerte de ciudadanos pobres se suma los insultos, la forma racista del Mayor Ford, DelGrande, Mammoletii, en describir a sus constituyentes….

Denunciamos los horrores que se comete a diario en este país en contra de  la población inmigrante, esperamos que nuestros respectivos gobiernos eleven su repudio por las violaciones a los derechos humanos, los pueblos en general tomen notas de los maltratos que sufrimos, y nuestra comunidad latino-Americana proteste enérgicamente ante los atropellos por parte de las distintas autoridades.

Actualmente el gobierno Canadiense, policía y otras autoridades están usando un pequeño grupo de hermanas (os) infiltrados en nuestra comunidad para engañar, manipular la verdad, convencer a hermanos recién llegados. Across the country human rights defenders have harshly condemned  the conditions of the ghettos of public housing, under which children, mothers, seniors, families, are living in severe overcrowding conditions, lacking of ventilation, children and parents sleeping in the kitchen, very close to the stove, with the noise of a refrigerator, with risks of children to be electrocute because of the dangerous wires connections, the need of plumbing, lack of building safety, where seniors with serious health  conditions are living without medical  and social worker care – conditions that involve the most cruelest, serious, earthly abuses and  even death. The lack to laid criminal charges before a justice of peace or to bring a certify affidavit to be heard  by judges in an courtroom of justice, because of the corruption and criminal complicity of the Canadian  Justice System, these sadists, criminals public housing workers and  police, keep their brutal, evil, and  vicious school of Americas tactics.  The mental, physical torture, abusive and harmfully policies, are the dogmas in order to traumatize for life the public housing residents. Because of the systematic intimidation, the privation to get a lawyer to file lawsuits against the institutions and perpetrators to stop their brutality and wicked crimes, the mentioned culprits are keeping their sadists, harmfully, evil policies. Absences of oversight from social organizations, human rights nongovernmental organizations, the Canadian media, tracking the abuses, denouncing, indicting the criminals, publishing the crimes against humanity makes difficult to know exactly how serious are the state crimes in this country.

The impunity for crimes committed by the Ministry of Housing, the lack of accountability for human rights abuses committed by the staff of public housing, police, is not punished for their sadistic actions. The absence of punishment for the crimes committed by these culprits, and the lack of decent accommodation for the victims of Minister of Housing and Police crimes, send a clear message to the perpetrators of such crimes, that their bestial activities are not condoned by the state. The governments, Minister of housing workers, police, can brutalize torture or destroy innocent children lives, mothers, without fear of being brought to justice.

The Canadian Legal System is based in total corruption and is very dangerous for the Canadian people demands; the family and criminal trials fell far short of national or international standards for fairness. The Judges and courts refuse to investigate allegations of corruption, from the evidence submitted to the courts by the defendants, to call defense witnesses. The impunity, gross human rights abuses remain in the judicial system, as an open corruption. Investigating those suspected of human rights violations, whether the police, social workers, false witness, resulted in full facts being clarified or the suspects being brought to justice and convicted. The Canadian Justice System proclaimed, to give a fair trial for every accused person, however, procedural delays and irregularities closed the way for the accused to secure a fair trial or appeal from a conviction. The truth is The Canadian legal system is the most dishonest, brutal, and crooked, legal system of any other developed nation. The legal system corruption is well known, covering all the country like a blanket. The threatening, intimidation, degradation, especially from the Judges, Crown Attorneys, police, court guards, in the courtrooms of the Provincials Courts, and Superior Court, is visible and well documented.

The so called Judges from the Provincials Courts are characterizing for their excessive terror, cruelty, sadism to traumatize the children and parents, and are accomplices for the holocaust, of the Children’s Aids Societies and Police. These honorable butchers are part of the abduction of our children, the false statements from the CAS and Police, torture, destruction, of innocent children, and families. When I analyze the bloody courtroom circus and the magnitude of people’s shattered lives, I ask myself, these butchers have love for their children, and families.  At the courtrooms; is not compassion for the poor, for the immigrants, they don’t see from their hands, hammers are dripping ours “children’s, families, and people blood”.

       

The legal defense for the individuals living in poverty, result always in convictions, because the lack of money to hire an attorney, or Legal Aid lawyers never work with the clients files,  because they are paid with  the state money.  In some instances the lawyers are accomplices of the judge’s wrongfully convictions in the courtrooms.    

The Canadian State Crimes are using different techniques with the Police, children’s Aids Societies, Judicial System, and Correctional System. The interrogation this practice is often manipulated, the police are permitted to lie to defendants, to use people with criminal records, witness threatened, confessions are coerced, eyewitness testimony is extracted under intimidation, jailhouse informants are using to gain convictions, all this work is in the hands of the prosecution, and cannot be prosecuted for hiding exculpatory evidence. The defendants in many cases they don’t have full communication with the attorneys, a little preparation or nothing takes place prior to trial. The trial transcripts are altered or we never receive the full recordings from the hearings, in many occasions the defendants are not provided with interpreters, all the above mentioned represent a significant violation of the accused rights. The racial discrimination against the minority people play   big role for the outcome of the judges decisions in the courtrooms.                   

   

We are living in a country that easily   imprisons people, because the horrifying legal system, and business for the Correctional System, Judicial System, Minister of Social Services, Lawyers…. that puts innocent people in prison, to be brutalized,( Caravans of Terror) from the system of corrections.  Canada is torturing juveniles and mentally ill people in prisons, the accused persons awaiting trials in jail are physically and mentally tortured.

         Canadian Hospitals “Chambers of Torture”

     DR Hans J.Kreder – An Act of Sadism, Madness….

My sincere gratitude for the three heroes, whom saved my live, the real intentions of Dr. kreeder was to assassinate me at the Sunnybrook Hospital. The hospital worker who wake-up myself and told me, Mr. Siguencia call right now your family they are trying to kill you, because I was semi unconscious  Gloria and a Dr. general PR actioner,  called the hospital staff making them accountable for my life.

The Canadian regime and the police are targeting the patients, especially social activists to torture and kill in Canadian hospitals. Some people from the medical staff they are instruments of repression in the course of their efforts to assassinate Social activists.

Dr. kreder and other staff from the Sunnybrook hospital took part in the brutal torture, ill treatment, and the intent to commit murder. His job was to torture me and subjected to the most imaginable appalling treatment, the perverse enrolment to torture and intent to commit a murder violated the medical ethics.

The terror, pain, suffering, agony, which Dr. kreder inflicted me at the hospital is perhaps worse than the crimes committed by the Nazi doctors against the Jewish people and the physical and mental agony of the people held  in the Iraq and Guantanamo jails.

The reason to denounce this bestiality is because I would like to reveal that: In this country the hospitals are places of torture like in the former Soviet Union, the Nazis and their crimes against humanity. Our government for how long is going to protect the perpetrators of human rights violations continued to evade accountability despite the evidence is in the hands of Judges and the Attorney General Office.

The majority of Canadian perpetrators of human rights violations continue to evade accountability and be brought to justice. We submitted over the years, at the Attorney General Office, Provincials, Superior and Appeal courts, overwhelming evidence to be reviewed by the judges of the respective courts… but are ignored….  The Minister of Attorney General and Judicial Authorities are protecting these criminals to be prosecuted for their crimes.

I would like to bring to the people of the world my testimony, but I need the help of the International Media or someone who can write step by step the terror, horror, sadism, savagism, and my agony at the hands of Dr. Hans J. Kreder and medical staff.

In the eyes of the world the Canadian regime used, exhaust their resources to annihilate the native population, and destroy the immigrant’s families, because of their racial ideologies and occupational business. They are: criminal’s, murderess, without any lack of personality, compassion and conscience to face their victims.

The Canadian Caravans of horror are printed in the history books (www.hidingfromhistory.org) the genocide and suffering, of the indigenous people at the hands of the colonizers, the destruction of children, immigrant families. These responses to the poor and less unfortunate evolved over the years a systematic racism or institutionalized racism. The access to provide protection to the Canadian children, underprivileged families by the social workers is questionable, for the reason the dogma of superiority to ensure domination over those who are considered as different or the inferior race. With their supremacy continues maintaining and perpetuating against the minorities’ people exploitative and oppressive forms of institutionalized racism.

The Canadian Government, Children’s Aids Societies, Family and Criminal Judges, approve their unjust practices of anti-oppression against the vulnerable children and parents. The Canadian crimes and scandals committed by the Children’s Aids Societies, police and judges from the courts are well documented. Where social workers and foster parents abusing children, children, dying under their control and custody, brutalizing and drugging children in group homes, children with broken bones, dismemberments, mother cutting the hands of their neighbor, parents killing their children because the brutal polices against the complete family and committing suicide.

 We appeal to the courage, conscience of the Canadian families and people around the world to condemn with yours voices the crimes, horrors committed for decades in this country. And to rescuer our children and families from the present and future caravans of hell, holocaust.   .

1.      In the Second World War the holocaust of the Jewish children, the caravans of hell in Europe, was planned deliberate by the “Nazi State”. There were massacred not for what they have done, but for the simple fact of their existence. They were forced to face the sordid reality, the mutilation and death in the infamous concentration camps.

2.      The importance of the Nazis holocaust, and the Nuremberg war’s crime trials, brought us the lessons of the war horrors how children, women, seniors, were massacred. The cruelty, bestiality, and savagery by the Nazis that do not appear to be learned, The facts, of their own confessions, personal testimonies of eyewitness, were verified by the accused in the International Tribunal, trials at Nuremberg. The madness, own revelations and the grotesque treatment by the guards at the concentrations camps showed the agonizing deaths…. ending their suffering). The world had learned this lesson of history?

3.      The abuse of power in Canada is the most visible form to control the civilian population. The children’s Aid Societies are threatening the families with barbarism, viciousness that simple defies comprehension. The variety of illegal tactics used by this monstrous are: coercive interrogation, the isolation from of the family, psychological pressure, physical torture and medical neglect in the complete family. Also the lack of rule of law in the family and criminal courts are designated to demoralize, debase, and degrade us, according to my experience it was very effective. The facts are the terror, sadism, horror, savagery, bestiality. The trauma of the caravans of horror, holocaust, we have to carry for the final days of our lives.

4.      As living prove of this butchery millions of survivors of torture walk every single day over the grounds of this country. The uncountable children and parents, (dysfunctional) of  the brutal policy and the existing caravans of horror from the Children’s Aids Societies, Police, Criminal and Family Courts, Schools, Foster Parents . We are victims whom are living in continuous fear, agony, and dying slowly, with no hope of a normal life. These vulnerable wounded children are the result of the Canadian racist policy and the autocratic business in this country. “LIVING CARAVANS OF HELL”

5.      The interminable processions continues in the streets of this nation, with homeless people brutally mistreated by the Canadian system, (domestic violence) children and mothers victimize in  shelters,  injured workers,  patients tortured,  innocent people charged of crimes, is a photo walk of destroyed ghosts. “Here are the mothers, children, and handicap people warehoused in small cold jail cells of Public Housing, seniors buried in chambers of Social Housing. Where are mentally and physically tortured by the Public Housing Officials and the sadist Police”
